Yoga has been a part of my life for a number of years now. I have practiced yoga for 7 years and have been teaching for 3 years now. I am familiar with many styles of Yoga but specialize in Hatha yoga and I love to explore challenging approaches to poses.
In the practice of Yoga one can emphasize the body, the mind or the self and hence the effort can never be fruitless. I'm happy to assist you on your journey!
A one-on-one lessons allows you to tailor your session to your specific needs, such as dealing with an injury or health concern. Additionally addressing to your personal goals with consideration of your anatomy, fitness level and stress level.
If you are new to yoga, private lessons can also help you build a strong foundation before diving into group classes.
My class emphasizes a lot on building up foundations, lifting the heart, liberating the heart, and connecting to the earth. Each session allows you to access into pose safely and in a relax manner. I love to explore in creative sequencing, and adding a spirit of playfulness and calmness to help you deepen your practice.
Forget about rushing for time and looking for parking or getting stuck in the jams, choose a convenient place eg home, condo gym, park or another location of your choice and your convenient time.
