Yoga has been a part of my life for a number of years now. My practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and overcoming negative emotions, both on and off the mat. Yoga has inspired me to live mindfully.
A one-on-one lessons allows you to tailor your session to your specific needs, such as dealing with an injury or health concern. Additionally addressing to your personal goals with consideration of your anatomy, fitness level and stress level.
If you are new to yoga, private lessons can also help you build a strong foundation before diving into group classes.
Having a teacher customize your lessons gives you the space and time to gain greater understanding of challenging poses which have always seemed to elude you. (This can do wonders for your inversion and arm-balance practice.)
My class emphasizes a lot on building up foundations, lifting the heart and connecting to the earth. Each session allows you to access into pose safely and in a relax manner. I love to explore in creative sequencing, and adding a spirit of playfulness and calmness to help you deepen your practice. I love to help students in thriving to live by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, that resulting for you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
Forget about rushing for time and looking for parking or getting stuck in the jams, choose a convenient place eg home, condo gym, park or another location of your choice and your convenient time.
