We all need a go-to guy around our neighbourhood to fix our electrical wiring, find out why the light not turning on, install a new power outlet or to help bring back the lights in our house. That's me, Mr Wong, the owner of Yi Ann Electrical Engineering and a familiar name to houses in the Kepong area. I have been doing electrical work and repairs for more than 30 years. In a previous company also owned by me, I was involved in other bigger housing projects and home renovations in Malaysia to install their electrical wiring. Currently, I have another 2 electrician and handyman working together in my company, all of them are local to Klang Valley.

Services

We provide service such as repair short circuit wiring, 3 phase wiring installation, additional power point/ light point and other wiring work, light, fan, water heater, door bell installation and etc. We also do wiring work for auto gate and air-cond.

Achievements

A lot of our customers are from the Klang Valley area, like KL, Petaling Jaya, Puchong, Shah Alam and Sunway and we can do electrical repairs and wiring jobs for houses, bungalows, condo, shop lots and offices.
Our successful project is Condo at Setapak Ria Condo, kayu Ara condo, terrace house at Taman Lagenda Mas, Tmn Equine, Alam Impian. bungalo house at Datuk Keramat, Sri Hartamas, shoplot / office lot at Damansara kim, bangsar, G Tower and etc.

Overall meticulous service but it comes at a fixed price (which is rather high) - and they are rather adamant on reducing the fixed price for a second visit. Post-checking clean up is also rather bad as the clean up wasn't done properly.

They were late for one hour and a half, Time of completion for the job was very long. Never clean up the mess after work. Just left and i had to clean everything right after. Requested for receipt to show my master tenant. Didn't get any email at all as promised. Was very disappointed with the outcome of the job not tidy and was a rushing work. Very very disappointed. Totally opposite of the good reviews.

Dear customer, thank you so much for choosing YI ANN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING, we hope u will understand our nature of work, I really cannot make sure every customer we can come on time because our business is not like a cleaning service, can fix the time to provide the service for just 2 hrs or 4 hrs , our business is technical servicing, when a customer calll us he got facing fuse tripping or no current supply problem, we really cannot judge need to take how long time to solve the problem because this issue can be a minor problem, can solve it within 1 to 2 hrs time, also can be a very serious and complicated problem, need to take 5 to 6 hrs to solve it, depend on the situation. Before our appointment time I have call u to inform u my technician cannot come on time, he will come late due to he haven't finish the work on the other site. I apologized to u for any inconvenient caused. Anywhere we will try our best to serve every customer on time in future. Regarding time of completion for the job is very long, usually we use 2-3 hrs to finish the work is consider normal, if we do too fast, the outcome of job will not nicely. For the cleaning issue, according to my technician he already clean up all his rubbish and he also ask you, do u have broom, he can help u to sweep the dust on the floor, but u say nevermind, u can clean up all this thing by yourself, normally my technician will do all the cleaning work before he left, maybe there was a slight miscommunication between u and my technician, anywhere I sincerely apologized to u and we will try our best to improve our service on this matter. You requested the receipt, actually I already email to the email address u put at your request on the next day (27/5/16 4.26pm), but I don't know why you didn't received it, I will resend to u again and also will whatsapp to u a screenshot picture of the email that i send to u before on 27/5/16 for your reference. Thanks
