The management of the company was courteous and provided information to my many questions. Their rate is reasonable and comparable to others in the market. However, their cleaners are not well trained. My unit is new and has gone through many cleaning and mopping but I wanted some professional help in doing one final thorough job before I moved in. Although I provided cleaning materials in each bathroom, the brushes and scrubbers were clean and dry when I inspected after the maids when back. This put a burning doubt in my mind if they clean my bath with just water and a piece of cloth? My cabinets were dusty above eye level and they did not attempt to even wipe the outside of the window panes which were within reach. I engaged 2 maids, one was OK but the other was a bit bossy and always asked the other maid to do the job I asked her to do.
