Responsive and Value for money. They charged me RM150 for 2 water heater installation and raw material (tray, sockets, covers and wiring for 1 water heater), exclude water heater.

The service personnel was very efficient and the completed work was more than satisfactory. The cost was reasonable for the work done.

William was very pleasant to deal with & accomodating. The electrician they sent was good as well. I like the fact that they issue invoice so you can claim for tax purposes.

Overall a good experience, person manage to change lights in less than 30 min. Can be more specific on the lump sum part as I thought the price of the replacement was included but no.

Ability to fix the problem is good. The setback is appointment co-ordination is bad. Make appointment with me 2 times, but no show, no call to follow up. Also didn't provide receipt until now.

Hired for 31.01.17 - but whatsapp 30 minutes earlier stating that could not get stuff. Changed date to 4.02.17 - the night before whatsapp stating that there are no workers for tomorrow. At last, I changed providers because 2 times last minutes cancellation is just wasting my time.

Backed out from their said service 1hr before the services time!!!!!!!! so unprofessional, least could tell me a day before so i can ask another company. 0 star

TERRIBLE, never again. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Appointment at 1pm, showed up at 6.45pm. Service was excellent only during booking. "Anytime you want", William said. It was "anytime" indeed. Agreed on 1pm. 1.05pm: Said technicians nearly there, caught in jam 1.20pm: I messaged to say technicians not arrived, no reply 1.30pm: I called, not answered. Finally replied to message, saying technicians went to the wrong place. I asked how long more do I have to wait, no reply. 1.40pm: Called again. Told that technicians will take 30 minutes to turn back. I was busy and asked to reschedule for 6pm. Reminded a few times to be punctual, because apparently it is not something to expect. 6.05pm: No show. Called 3 times before I got an answer. 6.10pm: Called me back to say will be 30 minutes. I told them to forget it if there's no one here by 6.45pm. It felt like I was troubling them so much. 6.45pm: 2 technicians arrived. They were polite but obviously not very skilled. Minor mess not cleaned up after switch was replaced.
