Cleaner is fine, slow but detailed work. Nees minimal supervision and instruction.

They are reliable and some of their maids do a satisactory clean job.

One of the cleaner was trying to waste time sweeping and doing light work when i have already specifically instructed her to mop and clean. She had the excuse that her friend is already mopping upstairs! Both cleaners did not change the water when mopping. Its like recycling dirty water!!! How then will my floor be clean when the water in the pail is dirty (no matter how much detergent is used!!!) I asked for receipt and did not get one until today. Overall, I the experience with this team is less than satisfactory.

The 4 sessions of cleaning was not completed as Tri wdba claims my house location is too far!! Therefore they told Kaidum to inform me that they cannot continue their services. My address was provided, so did they not know the location before committing to provide services????? Am utterly disappointed with their attitude and commitment. Leave aside sending a maid who had to be supervised and yet not trained well to clean a household efficiently. Sweeping and mopping is far from satisfactory. Definately would not recommend them to friends who even live in the areas covered by Tri wdba. Truly disappointing.
