About me

Ammetta who is the proprietor of Target Fitness has been in the fitness industry for twenty years.
She graduated with a second upper honours degree from University Malaya and at the ripe age of twenty six opened her own aerobic studio offering an array of aerobic classes.
Ammetta believes in constant updating and makes sure she attends a number of fitness courses each year to keep herself abreast with the latest in fitness.

Personal Training Programmes
Fat loss. Drop the fat with our metabolic and HIIT (high intensity interval training programmes). Using light weights, your own body weight, machines and ands bands, this revolutionary programme will have u shedding the pounds without adding the bulk.
Target age group: 18 to 60 years of age.
Shape and sculpt. This programme is suitable for those who may just want to drop a couple of kilos and firm up the body at the same time. Using the TRX and Rip 60 suspension ropes,fit balls, machines ,dumbbells and medicine �balls with a high repetition formula and limited rest time to achieve desired results.
Target age group: 18 to 60.
Strengthen and tone. If you are at your desired body weight but lack strength, energy have no tone on your arms, abs, butt and legs, than this programme will get you moving in the right direction, using lots of isolation exercises with a mid repetition formula and controlled form.
Any age with no medical conditions.
Awesome abs and butt programme. Lots of core (deep abs) work and gluteal work (butt) drawing from Pilates, Yoga and functional training principles to tighten and firm the abs and lift up the gluteus.
