Excellent service! Mr Gan explained that I do not need to change whole set of auto gate just because a wheel was not working. He offered to look at the non functioning wheel and repaired the same wheel. Whalla! It was just a screw hole that was loose and he changed the screw. OMG! He saved me thousands of dollars. I will surely call him back when I need to retire the whole set (or when the auto arm doesn't function anymore). Thank you Mr Gan!
