Prompt, effective and professional in accomplishing what other suppliers considered a mission impossible, Steve and his team did an amazing job hacking away my old mirrors (with all tiles perfectly intact) before installing new ones. Not only were they ahead of schedule, they even took the initiative to make do a temporary support for my broken cabinet before my new carpenter comes in - major bonus point !
