Hafizi is very attentive and listen to the customer's need but they did an unnecessary change of parts to my equipment and found out later it wasn't the root cause which cost me quite a hassle and longer turn around time than expected. There was even a follow up call after the equipment have been returned to me, which was a nice touch. The service rendered is good although they did not managed to achieve what I wanted in the end
