Samkkya Yoga offers the major styles of Yoga namely - Hatha Yoga, (which is the the foundation or basics of Yoga ) Flow or Vinyasa (which is a more fluid, body alignement style of Yoga), Ashtanga or Power (rigorous style of yoga that follows a specific sequence of postures) and lastly, Sivanandha Hatha Yoga (which is a more gentle Yoga class, meant to ease you into the asanas and Yoga lifestyle)
Ayyappan Narayana is a Yoga Guru, who over the years has acquired the knowledge of various yoga traditions. He grew up in a spiritual and philosophical environment in Southern India and was influenced by his father's yoga practice. Ayyappan applies different methods and techniques of Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, etc, to create a holistic unity and harmony between the body, mind and spirit. His classes are a combination of yoga poses, stretches, and gentle breathing exercises which help in the over all development of the personality.
