Yoga is for everyone, and has the power to change you. At Samkkya Yoga, you will experience Yoga at its most traditional authentic form. From gently introducing you into the various postures, to guiding you through the intricate asanas, you will discover how regular yoga practice can transform the body and mind.

Samkkya Yoga helps you balance the competing demands of work, family and everyday life by providing the ‘me-time’ your body and mind are craving. Our friendly small group classes help you strengthen your body and relax your mind. You'll feel more calm, connected and in control, every single day.

Samkkya Yoga is open morning and evening, six days per week. We offer a variety of classes for students of all skill levels, beginner through advanced. We invite you to stop by our studio—we'd love to meet you!

My services

Samkkya Yoga offers the major styles of Yoga namely - Hatha Yoga, (which is the the foundation or basics of Yoga ) Flow or Vinyasa (which is a more fluid, body alignement style of Yoga), Ashtanga or Power (rigorous style of yoga that follows a specific sequence of postures) and lastly, Sivanandha Hatha Yoga (which is a more gentle Yoga class, meant to ease you into the asanas and Yoga lifestyle)

My achievements

Ayyappan Narayana is a Yoga Guru, who over the years has acquired the knowledge of various yoga traditions. He grew up in a spiritual and philosophical environment in Southern India and was influenced by his father's yoga practice. Ayyappan applies different methods and techniques of Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, etc, to create a holistic unity and harmony between the body, mind and spirit. His classes are a combination of yoga poses, stretches, and gentle breathing exercises which help in the over all development of the personality.
