Being in this fitness industry for 3 years,my philosophy focuses on continual lifelong learning as I work towards enhancing the well-being of my clients by empowering them with the knowledge, skills, support, guidance and resources to assist and inspire them on their journey to a healthy lifestyle. Together as one,the main objective is to transform your quality of life through active participation in regular fitness activities and the integration of guided fitness programs, to meet health goals become a reality, in a caring, fun,safe and dynamic environment. My experience in training corporate employees in corporate wellness programs and the current Jom Kurus program,has equipped me with vast knowledge of proper training plans and healthier food choice to achieve targeted goals.
At the moment, I offer group training and also personal training on weekdays and weekends. My avaible time would be after office hours on the weekdays from 8pm to 10pm and anytime on weekends.

I'm ACE certified personal trainer.Participated in Badan Cantik 2013. Completed my first 15km within 1:15 minutes and finished 42km Viper Challenge and Reebok One challenge. Finished 21km within 2 hours.
