They responded very fast to my inquiries and their workers were punctual on the agreed appointment time. The installation of the aircon was complicated due to the building layout. The boss personally came to make sure that the job was completed properly (he just came out of the hospital but he still rushed over when he found out that his workers were having difficulty). The boss is very friendly and honest when I asked for his opinion on what to do with another faulty indoor unit. I will definitely get their service again when I need another air-con installed. **Feedback to the company: It is good to ask customers about the layout of the room/building, at least can roughly tell customers how long is the copper pipe needed for installation and the extra costs incurred. I did not know that copper pipe is very expensive and forgot to check the layout of the room first.
