Ariffin contacted us as soon as we booked his service. He was efficient & careful. After the appointment was made, he followed up to confirm the appointment & his technician also called to confirm the type of elecrical parts & the problem before he came. He wanted to ensure that he got the right replacement parts, etc. As our lighting ballast was beyond repair & the size was difficult to find, he suggested to change the lighting to LED which we are happy to do so. He was suppose to come at 10:30am but he arrived at 10am which was earlier than expected. He completed the job in less that 1/2 hour. We also got him to check our water heater as it was not working. He was honest to say that it is beyond repair as the radiator was burnt. He said it is best for us to purchase a new one. Overall, am very happy with their efficiency, advise & service.

Time need to be comfirm upon the date of inspection so no overlap and plan traveling from other place to other place.

Bad vendor as not genuinely inform you the total price beforehand. Only be informed about the price after the installation completed. Will mark up his price. Money greed. Don't get fool by cheap quotation given on the first hand. Handwork not neat. Some plug point installation really bad. Wont even to drill part that need to be drilled. Used a cellophane tape that wont last long. Lazy worker indeed. Made a stupid decision by submitting payment as cash to kaodim. End up, you unable to use kaodim promo code. Still have audacity to keep call client after his mistake. To sum up, bad vendor, not recommended, choose others or carefully vetted the vendor before proceed. You might end up disappointed.
