Package 1 & 2: The Standard Terrace Home Packages includes Silkcoat Matt paint finishes on the :

> External front wall
> External Rear Wall
> Five rooms internal walls (double storey) and four rooms internal walls (single storey)

Plus

> Free Silkcoat Textured Paint Feature Wall (up to 200 sq ft) for each package

Our Standard 2 storey Terrace Home Package Price is RM12k

Our Standard single storey Terrace Home Package Price is only RM9k

Package 3: Our Standard Condo Home Package includes Silkcoat Matt paint finishes on:

> Four rooms internal walls

Plus

> Free Silkcoat Textured Paint Feature Wall (up to 200 sq ft) for each package

Our Standard Condo Home Package Price is only RM5,500

However, prices are negotiable and subject to change after we have a more detailed discussion.

Items in the Standard Home Packages include:

1) Wall preparation (subject to wall cleanliness and condition)

There may be extra charges if extensive cleaning and / or repair are required prior to the work commencing

2) Painting works to your specification (including free Feature Wall)

3) Clean up of work site
