2 Hours with 2 cleaners. But they worked very slowly from beginning, end up can't finish work within 2 hours. Because after 2 hours , the driver came and the Indonesia cleaners told me they need to go already. Ask me to book for extra hour for next time. The cleaners started worked from upper floor until ground floor kitchen. Living room not even have time to clean up, leave many cobweb / spiderweb on the wall. The cleaning session states covers area included front porch. But end up living room & car porch have no time to clean up. When my husband went back home, he feels very smelly. He told me the cleaners use our mop to clean the toilet bowls. It's likes what we saw the cleaner to do in the public toilets or shopping complex toilets. It is very unhygienic. Hope to improve on it!

They late about 10 mins to my place. Requested to bring along cleaning tools but some tools were forgotten to bring along. Due to this matter happened, the maids cant finish the work in 2 hours.
