Asked 1 to iron, the other to clean. The one ironing was okay and knew what to do. But the one cleaning was not experienced and not clean.

Seductive quality was okay, they did miss wiping off a few spots. Would have been better if they had wiper and squeegee to clean the windows too.

The vendor is punctual and professional. Just need to improve in service quality, for example make sure bathroom floor is mopped dry, clean the faucet, mirror, quality of mopped floor, etc

The company still send different cleaners to my house although I’ve informed them many times to send cleaners who are familiar with my house. This is very disappointing. Every week when they come, I need to explain the whole process to them & it takes 10-15min to have them understand. Today, one of the cleaners is very very slow & also have a little difficulty in digesting what I said. However, I must praise the other cleaner. She is fast, detail, hardworking & very good. If not because of this good cleaner & punctuality, I would give 1-2 stars in rating.

Customer service was really good. Only gave three stars because one of the cleaners was not serious and did not put much effort while cleaning. The other cleaner they sent was better.

Overall is ok. No detail cleaning still have stain in the toilet and bathroom. Knowing 2 hours is not enough for whole house cleaning, request the vendor send checklist for us to priotize on specific cleaning.

The cleaners and supervisor arrived late. Appointment was 8am and I thought I was late by reaching at 8.05am but the they reached even later at 8.15am (only one cleaner), while the other cleaner reached at 8:35am. Nevertheless, they still completed their 2 hours of cleaning work. Pros: Very friendly cleaners and supervisor. Cons: Arrived little bit late, didn't had proper equipment (initially no vacuum cleaner long reach tool, luckily the supervisor brought up towards the end of the session, no short ladder, hard to clean fan) and unit still not that clean after cleaning. Unit is an empty unit of 753 sqft, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and with no rubbish to dispose. Tenant already moved out and I did 1 round to throw rubbish and clean. Will probably try out other companies next time.

Overall, i give 3 star only as the cleaning level is not as good as i expected. First, the team come late, and there’re still a lot of area not clean at all. To be honest, i dont think i will recommend the service as i dont think the price match with quality.
