The manager is good and polite . But he send the maid come alone and the maid is damn cincai in cleaning. Even instruct her to mop the floor again because not clean , but she just ignore me and maid behave very impolite by showing face to me when i instruct her to mop floor again:( Maid perform job very fast but not thorough The manager need to train more on her maid. You must sit there and check every single area to make sure she clean it, she will never take her initiative

We understand the situation by reducing the service hour from 4 hours to 3 hours (one lady) due to your limited time available on the day, and we have advise the duration will not enough for a throughly big house cleaning and we did reduce the charges/service fee to fit your need on the limited cleaning service time, we suggest to clean by priority and part/area that has no time to clean have to be carried out by yourself then (advise in advance before we attend your service which was agreed by you), a throughly cleaning need enough cleaning hour but not limited to short period. We appreciate a lot to your kind feedback and we will talk and discuss to our staff on this matter for any improvement in future, as our policy is to provide a good service to every customer we had.
