We are connected to our passion by weaving our love for life, creativity and yogic philosophy into a safe, dynamic and heart-centred yoga practice. Gentle Yoga

This ʻentry-levelʼ class is suitable for Yoga Newbies, Seniors, or those who prefer Yoga at a slower, gentler pace. Fundamental poses are taught using lots of props and modifications. Restorative poses are introduced in the second half of the session to relax, unwind and calm the mind and body. This class is also suitable for those who are recovering from sports injuries.

A preliminary level class for those who are new to yoga or would like to strengthen their foundation. Learn the fundamentals of Sun Salutations, breathing techniques, basic standing, seated and restorative postures. Props and modifications make this practice accessible to practitioners of all ages.

A Flow class designed for practitioners with at least one year experience in Basic yoga. The class will have plenty of Sun Salutations and other asanas weaved in a creative sequence, to help you stretch and strengthen and condition your body, and invigorate your mind. Each class also includes breathing exercises and meditation to connect the mind and body. This Flow class is designed to awaken your energy to bring about a sense of bliss and well-being. Yoga experience is encouraged and helpful.

Expect a powerfully engaging and exhilarating vinyasa flow, punctuated with long holding postures and a sprinkling of challenging arm balances and inversions to focus on your core strength, stamina, and flexibility. This is an Intermediate practice.

Yogalates is a health-enhancing fusion of the practice of Yoga, with the core stabilizing, toning and posture enhancing dynamics of Pilates. A regular Yogalates session will include poses to cultivate strength, stamina, stability and flexibility, with particular attention paid to building tone in the deeper postural 'core' muscles. This will protect the spine against injury, support the internal organs and realign pelvic and spinal deviations to promote good posture.

Do you want to be lean, toned and fit? Our qualified Stott Pilates Teacher, Lily Yap, leads you through an easy-to-follow workout that tones strengthen and lengthens your whole body, without adding unwanted bulk.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice. Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Suitable for Beginners.

Prenatal Yoga (From 13th weeks)

This class is designed for moms-to-be who want to remain fit and active throughout their pregnancy. It is appropriate for beginners and also those with experience in yoga. In general, the postures are designed to safely stretch and strengthen the pregnant changing body. Attention will be paid to pelvic toning as well as visualization and breath work to prepare for childbirth. An additional benefit of this class is the support and encouragement from other women who are on the same path.

Postnatal Goddess Wellness Program

Our Postnatal Goddess Wellness Program is designed to build strength, tone, and flexibility for the overall body. Breath work is taught to maintain emotional and mental harmony while easing the body into a restorative state to allow for rest, healing and balance.

It is suitable for ladies who have completed the 2-months confinement period (for natural delivery). If you have had a C-Section, it’s best to wait for at least 6 months before enrolling.

This is a dedicated 8-week program. Post Natal Programs are personalized one-to-one classes or private groups of 4. Kindly email us at pranayogakl@hotmail.com for a consultation on your program.

Kids Yoga

Kids are encouraged to move at their own unique level and ability, and in a non-competitive environment. Our Kids Yoga classes are for 4 to 9-year-olds. No prior yoga experience is required. Everyone can do yoga! Kids Yoga helps builds creativity, strength, flexibility, self-esteem, focus, and balance. The class is fun, engaging, playful and a great way to meet new friends. All our teachers are trained and certified and are passionate to work with kids.
