Newtech Coating & Waterproofing Specialist Sdn and its team are very professional and thorough during the whole inspection of the leaking problem and solve it to the point Engaged a few contractors who couldn’t solve the leaking problem but Newtech solve it once and for all, even showing me directly where the water come in from and how to stop it
Had decided on this vendor after considering the various solutions and materials and pricing proposed by the vendors. Apart from few postponement due to weather, they were quite efficient in completing the work. They are responsive towards queries regarding the materials and workmanship.
EuJin and his team are great. When he came to check our house and provide his quotation he patiently verify and justify which part of the house that needs waterproofing done. This is appreciated as we only know certain places of the house that requires waterproofing but having a professional explain to us with no expectation of us agreeing to what was suggested is very much appreciated. Once agreed with the quotation, Eujin's team turns up daily on time and works within the house without too much distraction to the inhabitants of the house. This removes the guessing game whether your contractor will show up or not on that day. And EuJin keeps up with us with his daily inspection of the work being done and continuously update us on the latest status. We are very happy with the completed job and fully recommend EuJin and his team for any of your waterproofing needs.
