Sam and his crew are very professional and careful with our things.They were punctual,efficient and completf the job way before the premises deadline of 1pm as we were moving on a weekend.Sam is such a nice and friendly guy. He was willing to accommodate our last minute request as we had problems setting a time to get our keys to the new apartment. Plus,he just got back from JB the night before at 1am and still showed up fresh and energetic. His service is way and beyond.I highly recommend him and I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. Friendly, trustworthy and very helpful as they helped me move around some furniture within my home. I didn't even had to go at the pickup location, they self picked and delivered

Sam is prompt and helpful, but he forgets that the workers didn't wear gloves when they moved and wrapped the furniture and left dirty marks all over the furniture.

Sam is flexible to adjust according to moving needs. He tries his best to fulfill requests without being calculative and will give his professional advice on the best way to protect the furniture, up to assisting last minute packing if it's not done properly to get the moving done in time. He's a good handy man too in case some women need help when it comes to handy skills to assemble/dissemble.

Good and easy deal

Sam and his team were punctual and polite. Their price quote was reasonable. The only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 star was because some brittle carvings inside my wooden table were damaged (either too much or insufficient newspaper hold) in addition to some other minor scratches on other wooden furniture. No major complaints hence giving them 4 stars.
