Not professional at all. On the day of request just call to say cannot come & give a very bad reason of car broken, but I have offer to say that can go to fetch their staff as we really need this service to help on the cleaning. We are sincerly but they give many reason until both party have a deal to postpone to the next day. But on the next day as promise they still do not come and even no any call to reply. I am really disappointed on this. Hope Kaodim.com can really take note of this, we are very thanksful to have Kaodim.com this type of service to easy our work but for this time I am very disappointed at all.
