Their service is very GOOD! The way they respond and reply quite efficient. They patiently explained those components spoilt and need to replace or don't need to replace. One day it was some drizzles/little rain they were on my roof make sure to get the job done nicely before they rush to next appointment. Respect! They do their job well. Thumbs up for them.

They are very prompt in replies and the prices quoted is reasonable and I know what to expect. I quite like the fact that they will explain the issue involved. It seems that the previous person who fixed our machine set the heater up to 90% which causes the machine to break out faster. He also explained that it's better to keep at 75% instead.

Mr Pool provided excellent service. Firstly they responded very quickly with a very clear itemized list of possible items and their cost. I hired them to fix my shower heater. They were very quick and clear about what was to be done and finished the job in good time. They also communicate very well and were on time, which I find to be quite rare based on my experiences with repair professionals.
