Was told that their service excellent and will clean my toilet sink sparkling, but they came late and short of time. In rushing resulted my sink still have yellow stain there and many of the area not clean.

He starts off good. Just be carefull of his timing. They will either be early or late. At the end when you are his regular, he will require you to choose according to his timing and he will tell you that he did not see your message when you made the appointment. Pricey and better off looking for others.

Thanks for hiring us for 9 months 2 times a week . We try to follow whatever schedule you requested but you must be flixeble abit if we cant fulfill the time and date you requested . Must be fair to other customer also which already fixed at particular time and session as we use same fixed cleaners every session . Anyhow thanks .

Have to explain where and what to clean. At all times need to monitor if not they are not doing the job. Took 2 hrs cleaning services but another 15mins to finish, they play and charge their mobile phone. Definitely will not call this service again.

It's false advertising. They claimed to be different from a routine maid services. The truth is I paid RM700 for exactly that! And it could have cost me less than RM200. Even with the involvement of the 2 partners (that makes a team of 5), many spots were left uncleaned. Obvious spots were windows, webs on the ceiling, front and backyard, doors were not wiped down, windows in bathrooms. I specifically told them to move the light furnitures to clean the bottom as debris from post electrical installation could still be underneath. Nope. Not done. The steam cleaning is totally not worth it because only 10% was removed though we went through spots that needed cleaning. The maids seemed overworked. They were complaining about not wanting to take the morning shift the next day. I texted them to inform them about the uncleaned spots. Nothing was done to remedy this poor service.
