Pui Yee M (triathlete, Swimmer)
I am a student of Manta Ray who have broke, overcame and conquer all these excuses. I started swim lessons 2 years ago because my husband registered me to accompany the kids. I had fear of jumping into the deep end. I cant even swim 2 laps of breast stroke because I'll be so out of breath. When I first learnt free style I was always well hydrated because foolishly ingest a lot of pool water. Thanks to Coach Ser, I dare to try and believe I can improve. From finishing 800m pool swimathons to open water 1.6km in Kenyir, PD, Nusajaya, I have been successful in achieving my dreams. From a noob auntie to a swimmer auntie. There is still plenty of room for improvement. This 15th Dec, this auntie will do my first individual triathlon in Penang. Without the excellent coaching and encouragement, motivation from Coach Ser, Coaches, fellow swimmers this will never be possible. A big thank you.
