Calisthenics Bodyweight Trainer, training client with various and creative ways to utilize our bodyweight to aid to different exercises and difficulty for all levels. Building leaner body shape, greater mobility and body cordinarion, and build superhuman strength to perform move like handstand, muscle up etc.
I will access client current fitness condition and train accordingly to build up their strength and physique. Motivate them to keep track on their diet and workout routine. Build them a fitter lifestyle.
I was once a Taekwondo instructor for 4 years with 13 years of practice. Move on to Calisthenics practice for 4 years until now.
