Work was good. They came early to review the place and worked to complete all the tasks within time. One worker said she does not like cats but cleaned my cats' kitty litter without hesitation and washed the trays before putting in new litter. They did a good job cleaning the floors and mopping. The boss even helped to fix a chair for me at no cost. They charged a flat rate for transportation costs, a charge which I have not experienced with other cleaning companies. 2 maids for 2 hours at RM80.00 plus RM20.00 for transportation fee. All in all paid RM100.00. I will hire them again when I need cleaning services.

Booked but NO SHOW on that particular day. Not even a courtesy call to inform anything. Just cant be contacted. Even if the PIC is away for an emergency, aren't there anyone else to take over to keep the company running? Wasted my day waiting.
