Even I’m monitoring them they still not doing a good job. Especially the older lady. I do feel sympathy for her but she’s not cleaning my bathroom mirror and glass door. Certainly not doing a good job moping the floor either. Under the dining table and coffee table she missed

Came 1.5 hours earlier than the agreed time.
Gave cleaners wrong unit number.
Cleaners didn't turn off the toilet tap, left it running and went back.
