Fair price and good service provided. 3 workers arrived on time and worked efficiently. Items are wrapped as per requested. Wardrobes and beds are dismantled and assembled back in good shape. Highly recommended!

Very unprofessional. Discussed and paid extra just to move my king size mattress thru stairs, but they forcibly force the mattress into the lift, squeezing the springs inside. I paid extra to get my mattress dented. Talked to Rex and the answer he gave was, he "let them made the decision", he said will come back to me after he check with his guys, never heard from him again..

I placed the order on kaodim website in the mid night and I m suprised Rex still response and gave me quotation immediately for my shifting at the second day. I m happy with the caring and professional attitude of their workers when they wrapped and delivered my furnitures. Good job!

Wasn't very satisfied with the movers attitude at first, as they seem to be rushing the job and didn't wrap some of my furniture and have caused some damage. However, Rex was very understanding and offered an additional help to speed things up during the move. 5 star for Rex, but 3 star for the movers, they need to be trained to be more professional.

The service was delivered as per the agreement without any issues. They were professionals and knew what they were doing and not much intervention was required from us. Due to the volume of things to be moved and time constraints enforced by condo management , they could not finish it on the same day, however, they came back another day to move the rest. Would definitely recommend their service.
