Dear kaodim, The service provided by J&A Pro Services are sadly not so good. The work done was bad and there was a drain line clogged due to the workers dump rubbish into the drain and they just never bother to pump or clean the drain and left it dirty and water retention about few inches. How to claim my 'sehati' coupon? I paid them RM78 full and they told me to get the RM25 discount from Kaodim. Please assist
