we hired icon factory for an extensive id and renovation works of our new condo. the experience engaging nicholas and his team has been a pleasant one. the team is experienced in the subject matter and able to provide many professional advices and views on the design and renovation works. they are also transparent with us on the costings, issues and concerns wrt to the project. nic has also worked closely with us on the design to optimize the cost of the project which is highly appreciated. they also have a complete team of designers, site supervisors and backed up by complete partners and suppliers to deliver complete id and reno services. from the icons portfolio and website, the company seem to have continous stream of projects and works. this increases our confidence in their track record and business sustainability. definitely would recommend to others on their service.

As an interior designer, Icon Factory is commendable. Concepts were beautiful, and designers were accommodating to personal requests. Possibly room for improvement on management of time and resources in the execution stage. Perhaps due to overwhelming project load, progress updates were irregular. Appreciated the honesty and transparency despite several hiccups. Considering the many problematic contractors around, Icon Factory is still a rare find.
