Arrived punctually. Assessed the problem quickly. Reconfirmed the price. Carried out the work in a timely manner. Since then the toilet has continued to function properly. My only comment is that they did not clean up their work area and leave it as clean as they found it. if they had done that, I would have been happy to give them 5 stars.

Fast response, charging RM80 service for changing a water tape (without material cost) is too expensive. I have leaking problem for water tape at dish basin, but asked for changing new set of water tape which cost around RM200 to 300, which I felt the plumber was not honest.
