They forgot their first appointment but gave me a discount the next day when they came. However within a month after they came, there were 2 dead cockroaches and one alive cockroach which I killed so it's not that effective to me. A little ants here n there in the kitchen as well.

For the price of RM 170 they have sprayed chemicals around the house and placed some glue at the cabinet corners. However, this requires two separate appointment to carry out as their machine that they brought over did not work and we have to reschedule and due to their busy schedule often times theyre running late for appointments. Moving forward, I hope that they either carry a spare machinery or check it thoroughly before they attend to their appointments.
