I coach trainees of all fitness levels, abilities and ages to help improve their health and fitness.
During my coaching tenure I have helped trainees to run half marathons, to lose weight and to improve their sporting performance. I passionately believe in working with my trainees to make lifestyle changes and showing ways that you can live a more active, healthy and happy lifestyle.
I take pride in constantly updating my knowledge and skills by researching health and fitness articles and attending training courses. I feel great satisfaction from helping my trainees to achieve a variety of goals we set.
Outside of training, my hobbies and interests includes playing basketball, watching movies, reading and spending time with my family.
I am based in KL and work throughout PJ and Mont Kiara, taking in trainees from areas including Bangsar, KLCC and more. If you live outside of these areas please do not hesitate to get in touch.
