Overall good experience. I've hired 2 cleaners for 2 hours for 1 time cleaning service at my vacant apartment. In the end extended half an hour more but they get the job done. Quality is good and people are friendly. Will contact them again for their service in the future. Thumbs up!

The 2 young local Chinese cleaners sent for the first time did a wonderful job at cleaning thoroughly but was not able to book again because was told that they quit.

Very unreliable in timing - I used their services three times, first time, the maid takes too long to complete the job, I have to pay extra two hours for her to finish. Second time was good and efficient maid was sent. But third time the price went up $10. she was good but did not turn up as arranged last week as she was sick. Then this week she came late one hour, no one called to tell me they met an accident, I have to keep calling. When she came she rushed through her chores as I have to leave for an appointment. I didn't get a good clean this time and I don't think I will engage them again.

Quality of work so so, didn't clean properly and time taken is too long as their work speed is slow

1) Misses some details during cleaning eg cleaning small bedside tables, etc. 2) When hiring 2 persons at the same time, there is tendency for one maid to compare with the other and refusal to do more under the personal opinion that she is doing more or faster than the other (prefer to just sit down and rest!). 3) Broke window latch (not sure if there are more broken items not found out yet) and did not tell owner until owner found out for herself 4) Sometimes claim something cannot be cleaned (until owner does it personally to show & prove it can be done!) 5) Not as proactive as would have preferred by owner eg owner provided expensive dust-cleaning dry material with instruction to wipe later with damp cloth, but tried to just get away with dry cleaning (until got caught by owner and reminded to follow instructions)

The cleaners are quite professional and fast, probably need more training for new staff.

The cleaners on average are good. Will hire again.

Just got the cleaning service on January 16th. I got 2 maids for 4 hours. The respond from David is fast and he will send the reminder one day before the appointment. This is very good.They are punctual. In terms of maid quality. 1 maid did a good job. She do her best clean every areas i told her to clean. I give a credit to this maid. While another 1 is just average, tend to take advantage skip some areas. Simply open my cabinet which i did not ask her to clean. I would give a rating 3.5 out of 5.

CLEAN AND PUNCTUATE

Price reasonable. For quality of work, satisfied with first two hour then following two hour feel like they want complete the work faster then work qualify will be not so clean. Some place when they wipe not so clean. Please advise they work more clean is important than finish all the work. Reliable still not comment on it because only first time
