I’ve spent the last five years being a frequent gym goer and tend to learn things rapidly regarding of fitness surroundings, supplementation and nutrition(Diet). During that time, i’ve spent almost thousands of hours doing and reading everything related to fitness, including web searching, magazine and training with various of peoples. I’ve tried almost every workout program, regimen, workout intensity, rest periods & workout splits. I’m also very familiar with most supplements and nutritions plans & programe. I’m a friendly, easy going, highly motivated, passionate, determined and a patient person and i think that is an extra advantage of being a Personal Trainer.
