I like to utilize the surrounding enviroment indoors (stairs, boxes, benches, etc. ) and outdoors (park, beaches, hills, etc.) and incoporate body weight and jump rope exercises as well as TRX and medicine balls into a program tailored to each client's fitness goal, which may include weight loss, improve overall fitness, strength conditioning, core strength, mobility and flexibility, sport-specific training and Jump Rope lesson.
