Hailing from a Minang family from Negeri Sembilan (Rantau),our chef,Mariam Shah started her career in the Oil & Gas industry working in Australia and Singapore.
Subsequently, she spent 3 years in London continuing to work in Oil & Gas for the first 2 years of her stay.
However,following her passion in cooking, she decided to enrol in Le Cordon Bleu's (London) prestigious Grand Diplome program which she graduated from in 2013.
After leaving London, she stayed in Tokyo for a year before returning to Malaysia where she has embarked on her next culinary quest; to apply refined French cooking techniques to traditional Malay cooking in an unpretentious way at affordable prices.
Being from Negeri Sembilan, we are specialists in Duck Rendang and Nasi Itik.
