Freestyle Fitness Studio is a studio fitness center located at Uptown Damansara Utama near RHB Bank.
We offer three types of fitness training programs such as 1 on 1 Personal Training, Couple Personal Training and Group Personal Training Classes, customized per client’s fitness goal. Each program uses a combination of Strength Training & Functional Training which is combine to form a Circuit and High Intensity Interval Training, and it’s designed to be challenging, fun, high energy and especially efficient, helping you to burn the maximum fat and tone your body. Our Circuit and High Intensity Interval Training involves TRX, Muay Thai Kick Boxing, agility and strength training.
Apart from physical health we do also design program for brain wellness. Our primary focuses are on 3 different types of Yoga breathing techniques to calm the mind and body. Our final program focuses on agility which helps to improve your cognitive performance. These programs assist to enhance your overall blood circulation and brain power for a better mind and body coordination.
We adjust and modify our workout programs to fit your fitness level. Whether you’re new to working out or you’re an experienced fitness client, our professional trainers and coaches will help modify every workout so that you’ll achieve your goals! Plus, it empowers you to get amazing training sessions yet affordable.

We offer 3 types of gym personal training packages which is 1 on 1, Couple/Partner and Small Group Training.
We have many retaining personal training clients with fitness goals in weight/fat loss, muscle toning/building, stamina & strength conditioning, Kickboxing, rehabilitation and etc.
