Faye is a Certified Personal trainer under the globally recognised american council on exercise ( ACE ) and also a sport nutritionist . Faye realize that as you train your body , you are also training your mind , giving you physical and mental toughness which will help you in all aspect of life , be it overcoming fear and etc . Faye is confident in motivating her client by sharing her knowledge and personal experience as she knows how it feels like to have low self esteem , she was once that person but now she's not anymore .Therefore she not only offer challenging and progressive exercises but also giving her client full support along their journey . Her style is to find what works best for her client in achieving clients specific goal , be it losing weight , building a leaner physique , improve in Strength , improve one's health problem and so much more .

Engaged Faye for personal training as I have just recovered from some old injury.
It's been 6 sessions with her, and I find her amazing so far! She really does take into consideration my needs and weaknesses, and prepared the sessions accordingly!
The exercises were intense, don't get me wrong! Shu pushes me where and when it matters, and pulls back when it's needed. I leave the gym thoroughly satisfied that I've achieved way more than I could have in the gym without her!
Definitely did not regret hiring her as my personal trainer!

Been training with Faye since last year and she is a great coach! She's firm and dedicated with her training yet encouraging and compassionate. She coaches you on fitness and keeping a healthy lifestyle, not a coach who's fitness obsessed. That works best for me, a real person you can relate to. And I got great results. :D

Faye is the right personal trainer any person would want to work with. She is not only professional but she can give the spirit you need according to your personality. The best thing about her is that she listens to your needs and identifies your goal in order to do a special program for you.
Personally, after 20 sessions of training, i have achieved many things. I feel stronger now i can lift 10 kg when squad. I don’t feel shoulder or neck pain anymore when i work on my laptop. I lost weight and people started to notice my toned body. Above all, i changed! I started to love training, my mood is always happier when i train. She literally inspired me to the point that it became a lifestyle, eating healthy meals along with training is just the best a man can do.
In short, faye is professional, understanding, inspiring, loving and motivating personal trainer i have ever met. She made my dreams come true and i am so grateful and fortunate to work with her.

I have struggle with my weight for years now , i didnt know how to eat properly as well as exercising to lose weight .
Thankfully i met Faye , who teaches me how to eat correctly the healthy way .
She's very knowledgable in her field and also provides very effective training techinques that has helped me to lose a great amount of weight .
Every training session , i would not know what to expect because she's always giving me new , fun and safe exercises to do . Which is super motivating.
She make sure that im exercising with correct form so that i dont injure myself
And She dosent force me to do something that i cant as i have knee problems too
