He was professional. However RM50 for "onsite-service" (fee to check your issue before deciding on what's the rate for repair) is too expensive. The technicians I have worked with previously do not charge just to check the item. They only charge when they are hired to repair. Frandy was otherwise effecient in his work But I decided not to hire his services as if there is any issues, any follow-up service will cost RM50 minimum per visit. Pricey. >.<

Hi, Michelle. Thanks for your comment. I just want to clarify that I only charged you RM 35 for your onsite-service. Normally I won't charge customer for onsite-service unless customer requests to do checking at the first round(sometimes customer is unsure what is the problem) and I need to visit for second round to get the problem fixed. FYI, for this case I only charge the onsite-service for the first visit only.
