Fitology is a by-appointment personal training facility in Bangsar. We offer effective personal training, with measurable results.
Our signature workout programme is called Fitology Express. This one-hour session combines 30 minutes of one-on-one training with a Personal Trainer and 30 minutes in an FIR Sauna. Each Fitology Express session ends with an all natural smoothie. (For an video of what Fitology is all about, please have a look at this introductory video).
Fitology Express combines two enjoyable activities - 30 minutes of guided exercise, and 30 minutes of passive activity - with effective results. With just 30 minutes of exercise, together with 30 minutes relaxing in the FIR Sauna, the average individual would burn the same amount of calories (if not more) as if they went for one hour of exercise (eg: running, swimming or playing a sport).
This is great for individuals who want to lose a little bit of weight, or just want to get into shape. Also, as each workout session is tailor-made for you by your personal trainer, we are able to cater to individuals who have injuries or specific training needs (eg: training for a marathon, or looking to improve your agility and flexibility). Our trainers will also track your progress as well as provide specific workouts and advice to help you achieve your fitness goals.
In addition to personal training sessions, we also have a yoga school (fitology.my/fitology_yoga) and also offer small-sized group classes (tiny.cc/fitology).
Our clients come in all shapes and sizes, fitness levels and ages.
Fitology has trained individuals for marathons and triathlons. We also have clients who come to us to get in shape for entry into a rugby league as well as tennis and rowing teams.
Our youngest client is 14 years old and the oldest is 84, some of our clients just want to lose weight, and others have injuries or weaknesses that they want to rehabilitate.
