* Muay Thai – The Art of Eight Limbs
Amir Naseri is a certified Muay Thai coach and a professional fighter. Everyone calls themselves that these days, but Amir’s the real deal. He regularly competes, and has held the Champion belt for WMC (World Muaythai Championship) in 2015.
A firm advocate of fitness, Amir believes that having a solid foundation of fitness is essential to delivering the perfectly timed kick, and sustaining through a gruesome session of Muay Thai. Expect some form of muscular conditioning (push ups, jump squats, planks, pull ups) and endurance work (running, skipping) involved to push your body to ring-ready condition. 
* Rusie Dutton Yoga – Healing from Within
On the opposite end of the spectrum, is Chris, a devotee to all things tranquil. A member of the International Yoga Alliance , she is a practitioner of Rosie Dutton Yoga, a.k.a, Thai Style Yoga.
The poses and practice in Thai Style yoga were discovered by Thai ascetics. After prolonged, motionless meditation, the poses help improve circulation and restore flexibility. These poses are slightly dissimilar to traditional Hatha Yoga or Ashtanga Yoga.
Thai style Yoga features a blend of stretch based movements that stimulate the body through controlled stretching, contracting, bending or twisting.
