I made it clear that I was not angry at them being late but I was angry because they did not inform me that they were going to be late... I could have rearrange my engagement accordingly had they called me earlier about their delay... When they finally came, they didn't take extra care in moving my things.. Just pray really hard nothing's broken ?.. It is very important to inform customer if the service provider will be late or come across some problems... Customers have other errands to run too as much as service providers have other businesses to cater for... "

"He forgot about my confirmed appointment, until I called. However he tried to arrange for another lorry to arrive at my place within the same day. The lorry broke down on the way to my place. He arranged for another lorry as a replacement. Luckily they managed to respond quickly. Due to the last minute change of lorry, they did not bring a trolley. Fortunately they were very hardworking and shifted everything (1 tonne lorry load) over within 2 hours. The service is very disorganized. Thank goodness the outsourced lorry workers tried their best to move everything in such a short period."
