Very bad service. Their staff (indonesian) is very rude. Always said "ini susah lah"..."itu tak boleh buat lah"...."banyak kotor lah"...Complaint all the time (they should sedar diri that they are CLEANER). And they said, i should hire profesional cleaner to clean up our premise (we are just moved in to new place and just finished renovations at that time) and already told them our situation. But at the end...they admit that they are not profesional cleaner. Price also increase when they come with that reason (new place n too much work have to do). WE'RE ALREADY EXPLAINED EARLIER...!!!

Reasonable price, clean and punctual. Maid can speak mandarin. Will definitely engage them again.

Need to improve on cleaning quality

Service was terrible. Quality even worst.Nothing was cleaned.Given a terrace empty house which was cleaned a mth before, was handed over to EMS maid to clean. I left after stating things that needs to be cleaned and came back 30mins before the 4hrs is up. maid lied saying she cleaned but caught her red handed with Ms Celine present. Downstairs didnt even start cleaning until i asked. Asked Ms Ms Celine to come over and take a look and it was obvious. Perhaps lazy maid was sleeping when i was away. No professionalism at all.Excuse given was that the maid is slow but does work very well but she basically did nothing. I didn't want to pay for the shitty work but she said she needs to pay Kaodim which is not relevant to me. Didnt want to make a huge fuss so i did pay her RM40 for nothing. Waste of my precious time. Not recommending this company to anyone.
