Dylan is very friendly and professional. He will firstly understand your fitness goal and then assess your basic fitness level through some basic workout. He will push your limits but without forcing too hard or causing injuries. He is detailed in explaining each workout, and very attentive to ensure each workout is properly performed to maximise results. Also, workout plan/info and progress are all uploaded in a shared folder for easy access/reference. Highly recommended!
