Don't look any further for any Washing machine repair service. The technician was able to figure out the fault in the machine in the first 5 seconds. Fixed it pretty fast. and even came back again to do more fixing for free. Over all, I think their service is great, especially that I dealt with other repair shops before.

Service team responded on the service date is not clear. I have sent msg to service team mentioned if they wish to come earlier than the booking date, im ok, and they replied ok. After that, no more communication on what actual date and time they coming until i msg them again. The service guy tested the washing machine by asked my mother put cloth inside. I surprised as will it later resulted i have wet clothes as the machine problem is have loud sound during spin (like going to explode). When checked with him, he say no problem (actually first time i saw machine testing is using cloth as laat time other service team just filled the machine with water). Luckily the cloth is not in half wet when he completed the quick test, which resulted my mother need to hang the cloth which is wet and not clean. They bring back the machine to repair without giving any official note. When asked, service team said will send via whatsapp as everything in his phone. The consignment note only issued to me a day after i sent reminder. Overall, they sent back the machine within 5 days which i think is quite ok on the delivery.

Have to reschedule later in the afternoon as technician did not turn up as per agreed time at 10am. Other than that satisfied with work done as washing machine is operating as normal.
