About me

Hey there, Call me Don . I started my fitness journey since 2014 helping people to achieve their fitness goal and create their ideal physical body .
I am special because i don't train just your body, i will be your trainer your guide, helping to train your mind as well, which is the core of everything,
change your mind and everything will change.
My clients all experience the mind shift when they train with me .
Everything is hard at the beginning, you agree? But i will HELP
you to get better internally and externally as you train with me .

My achievements

I’ve been training with Don for almost 9 months now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training once a week, as of now I trained 2-4 times a week! I really enjoyed the variety and challenge he put into the sessions & then took on a personal one-on-one session as well!
Don is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging. My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more pull ups / chin ups, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session.
– He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.I dislocated my shoulder before training with him, but now stronger than ever and am able to do  exercises that thought IMPOSSIBLE now.
I thoroughly enjoy working with him, and would recommend Don to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a dedicated trainer as i am still training with him currently.

Overall isn't that bad, just that the trial section is a little bit too short. Level of confidence to improve...

Thank you for the precious feedback ! We will improve on extending the training period since our 70 minutes training is too short
