Oh man where should I start? Last minute changed the scheduled time, somemore late for over an hour, sent in two rude maids so I asked them to go back. Apparently boss didn't know anything about it. So boss called to apologise and wanted to arrange a free house cleaning the next day which was nice but I still insisted to pay. Two different maids were great, I was satisfied with their works. Two weeks later I wanted to arrange house cleaning with them again, the lady who took my request and said would get back to me, a day has passed and hear anything from her again. Guess I'm switching to other companies.

Two cleaners came. They were diligent and fast. They did the cleaning asked of them within the specified time and I would certainly use them again.

The maid should listen and understand the needs of the customer. They did not clean the places as told but they insisted to clean other parts and that makes them have less time. (Tidak apa attitude)

The 2 cleaners were very independent and do not need much guidance at all. Only setback was my appointment was changed 3 times. And yet the cleaners came 25 minutes earlier too. Fortunately I was ready for them.

Supervisor communicates well with appointments. Though cleaning staffs we require a lot of supervision.

Overall ok but the cleaners keep chat with each others, unable to complete their job on time. Beside that, one of them keep complaint the house is dirty. Do I need a cleaning service if my house is clean?
