Begin with a diet RM150 diet consultation. We will get all the necessary knowledge and tools to start a well-planned diet on your own. But if you need more hands-on assistance, I will also provide further guidance on meal planning, meal preparation and support for unintended issues during weight loss. The program is made to be affordable for most people despite the value it brings because changing more lives is just as important as profits.
