Helping people to reach exercise and wellness goal after my office hour has been a joyful experience all these while.
I’m providing 1 to 1 training at your place so that I can fine tune your technique and explain the science/reason behind your training program.
I’m current working virtually with zoom application during MCO.
1. Evaluate current fitness level and health conditions.
2. Build individualized programs to achieve fitness goal which include, weight loss/gain, improve strength, flexibility, speed, aerobic and toning).
3. Monitor and guide exercises.
4. Advise on how to change eating habits ad needed.
I begin my personal journey by training college and university athletes since 2012 to make sure they are on podium every season.
After gaining more knowledge in American Council on Exercise, I started to train a pre-hypertension patient who wish to reverse her condition through doctor advise and manage to stop her pre-hypertension medication in one year of continuous physical training and losing weight the right way.
Followed by a breast-cancer survivor who believes that exercise can reduce the risk of breast cancer recurrence.
Of course, helping people to lose weight have been and improve fitness have been by normal routine.
